Do not use Sean O. Boyle. I have used his services for most of my life and have went to jail for his negligence numerous times. I like that he has been inexpensive over the years yet he never does what he says he is going to do. I have cases that were pending for years after he was paid that he never took care of and caused warrants for my arrest. He will tell me it is taken care of when it is not. I have used Sean for 20+ years yet cannot deal with his lying and negligence any longer. Be smart and pay someone more that will actually do their job instead of dealing with Sean O. Boyle's lies and never getting anything accomplished.

Sean Boyle was retained by me for a child support and custody case. Took my money and did not file paperwork like discoverys. He caused me to lose my child support. I would call him every day and ask him if he filed the paperwork, he would lie and say he did. I found out about his lies by going to the clerk of courts to see what was filed on my behalf and the clerk told me nothing has. Every time I would meet with him in person he smelled like a liquor store or a Bar. Do not waste your money or time with Sean Boyle. He is not a good attorney in any court rather it be criminal or family court, domestic.
