Staff was helpful and knowledgeable on products as well as placement of these items within the store. The store was clear and well organized as well. Our family will keep returning to this location!

Had a few poor experiences at Michaels in the past but generally good, however my last visit was pretty bad. I had an issue with the self checkout finishing my transaction and had to check out with an employee. The total was completely different (now a higher price) and was told that the coupon I was using, which had worked fine at self checkout and any other time I used them on this exact product, weren't applicable to the specific product (was not listed as an exclusion with the coupon either) However when pointing out that she actually used the coupon off of that product but of the smaller version I was also getting + that it worked at the self checkout, was told she would not price adjust. It was pretty clear that the lower price item was just now rung up first and the coupon was now applying to that item and they didn't want to deal with doing a price adjustment. Long time customer of the company but this left me with a very poor taste, definitely will not be returning to this location and will likely look elsewhere for art supplies in the future.
