If you want to feel like the lowest person on the planet, after being on hold for 5 hours only to be hung up on..then to be on hold for ANOTHER 4 hours for someone to finally answer and speak to you like you are unworthy of their time, energy and assistance then by all means..call them. I mean, sometimes unfortunately we really have no other choice BUT to reach out for assistance right? I just want to know what the employees get out of treating people that are clearly already struggling, the way that they do. Yall need to learn to show a little grace, compassion and understanding for the less fortunate then maybe you would have a better outlook on life, and attitude towards other people in general sheesh. Its so disheartening and unbelievable really that people are treated so inhumane by the people that are in a position to assist the less fortunate in their community. This morning, I called right at 8am. Lady answered the phone asked my name ONLY, when I tried to explain the reason that I was calling..she very rudely said I dont see what your calling about how could she know, when she hadnt even asked my case number yet? When I questioned her, she was extra rude and hung up on me. Ive had someone intentionally not see certain things that I had sent in, only for someone else to say Im not sure why they couldnt find it, Im looking right at it. I mean..I really think at some point, people need to morally ask themselves if they are treating people the way they would like to have other people treat them in life.

ive been waiting for my child to get childcare benefits for 3-4 months and every time I call I get told the same thing. my case got denied WRONGFULLY because a worker didnt feel like looking through all the documents i was told to keep submitting.. now im suffering on the verge of losing my job and my daughter getting kicked out of daycare because yall keep making it harder for us to get help !!!!! its not fair !! why do i have to submit the same documents multiple times and submitting multiple applications again and again and AGAIN !!!! this is pathetic but yall want to help us no you dont !

This place is a joke. You can't talk to anyone. They send a case to a whole nother county that I don't live in or applied in....

My stamps were closed before I had an interview, my interview is scheduled at the end of this month and I should've had my stamps today so I guess I gotta re-apply because they closed my case for no real apparent reason and this wait time is honestly bad considering Columbus is a big place and there are people down there working.
