        Franklin County sanitary engineering is robbing its customers. This company is definitely over charging by 60% or more . The water is not even safe to drink. Someone needs to investigate them and their crooked business dealings. I have had bills for $250/$300 for my two kids and me. Not a issue really even though it's way more expensive than Columbus which is across the street, my neighbors pay half of what I pay. Just now i got a bill for $449.52 seems they just charge want ever they want and get away with it.

        This is the worst and most frustrating website I've ever used. The bill pay feature is ridiculously outdated. I've never seen a service fee so high. Also, the water is rusty, so I don't get why it's so expensive.
