My husband and I have been trying to get a hold of either Hannah Mcnamara or Magistrate Reedus going on 6 months. I've called multiple departments and have only gotten transferred. We've left voice-mail after voice-mail as well as emails and have to this day not been reached out to. We've waited in the building only to be told neither would be available and it is almost a 40 minute drive from our home.

It is Court... rarely is anyone happy to be here. Whether Plaintiff, Defendant, Juror, Judge or Council, or the multitude regarding court-staff, not many are, genuinely, happy to report to Court. The facilities are modern and, relatively, well-maintained, they feel spacious, open and accessible, although my own experience with judicial-systems is, quite, limited, thankfully. The Fulton Street garage is a full block distant, so, be prepared for whatever weather is prevalent. The garage is, often, filled by 0900, as well, so, be prepared to, possibly, park elsewhere should your business be within late-morning or afternoon.

If there was a below Zero rating, this court definitely deserves. There is no judicial impartiality in this court. Judge Bill Sperlazza is basically a prosecutor in a robe. Good Ole-Boy system is prevalent, pro se litigants are subjected to threats of armed law enforcement, theyll look at you as if you are crazy or violent individual if you are a black man. I do plan to file complaint against Judge Bill Sperlazza with ethics committee. He basically decided to adjudicate my civil case based on irrelevant cases that occurred while he was working at City Attorney office last year. Cases that had nothing to do with my civil case related to a property that I spent significant amount of money!! He was influenced by his former coworkers behind closed door. Judge Bill Sperlazza is absolutely Biased and dont deserve to be in a robe - Crooked corrupt

TAXPAYER ALERT!!!! PEOPLE/ENTITIES ARE USING THE COURT TO FIX THE MESS THEY CAUSE AND TRY TO KEEP IT SECRET WILL BE EXPOSED TO THE PUBLIC AS ONCE IT IS FILED IN THE COURT IT IS THE PUBLIC CASE AND OF PUBLIC INTEREST. KEEP AN EYE ON CASE 22CV007866 IN THIS COURT FILED NOVEMBER 2022 AND NO RULING ON ANY MOTION OR PLEADING TO DATE: We learned that AETNA a CVS company filed Interpleader in this court in November 2022 after EEOC Settlement post discrimination employment claims. $15,028 remains outstanding in what AETNA admits it owes. There is NO third party stakeholder if the outstanding funds, it is NOT in trust, bond or court registry. Judicial Costs are being run up by AETNA filing a Interpleader on funds it still has in possession yet agreed to pay charging party in full and TOTAL knowing a fee dispute existed with SPITZ LAW FIRM. AETNA counsel revised the agreement to exclude SPITZ LAW FIRM from the agreement & further emailed SPITZ LAW FIRM the intent of CVS to send the check in the amount of $15,028 to the charging party as a part of the overall MSA Agreement via EEOC mediation. This court has not ruled on any motion or pleading since November 2022 including motion to submit funds to court registry that AETNA the named Respondent in EEOC and other employment charges. AETNA made this case the PUBLICs case and it is your tax dollars being misused and abused. AETNA filed Interpleader and played dumb to knowing the true beneficiary of the $15,028 which is part of the TOTAL confidential settlement amount it agreed to pay charging party directly and has not and still holds the funds while presenting to the court as if it were a innocent third party stakeholder with no interest in the money yet it was the named wrongdoer in a US District Federal lawsuit filing, EEOC, OSHA Whistle Blower, Civil Rights, & EEOC case. This court is letting cases sit and incur costs and fees while being the charging party is harmed. AETNA made it public case 22CV007866
