I've called now 3 weeks in a row I've got thrpugh twice and still no answer. I got a request back ONCE and 3 days later still no call back . You have got to fix this problem...

The system is broke! I was working and got put on short term disability because I have a disability. I went over two months without a paycheck, when I did get paid STD only pays me a little over $10 an hr. I applied for food stamps, got a message in the mail that I was approved for $139. A month. Two days later I got another letter saying I was denied and I will get that one month and that's it even though I clearly qualify and nothing changed after I was approved. I went to the office, showed them the paperwork and they said it must have been a glitch and had to fill out a paper for someone to call me, no one ever did. During my application like all others, I took off of work so I could be available for the "phone interview" and spent the entire time on hold and then was hung up on by the system stating they were too busy and call back another time. Even though I turned in all of my documents, they asked for one month pay stubs I sent in 2 and my W-2 form from the previous year, my caseworker said she didn't have enough employment information about my pay and told me to get a letter from them. She clearly did not care for me as I never had a problem any other time with my paperwork. After I got all of this stuff finally turned in they approved only temporary medical for me and put me on a step program even though I'm going months without a paycheck and barely making $300. When I am. people making more got approved for food stamps yet I got denied and no one will call me back even though I was first approved and have the paperwork to prove it.
