Jerry and his son Ben from Countertop Surface Solutions were great! We looked at several contractors, and CSS was the only one where the owner (Jerry) came to the house, listened to us, did measurements, discussed options and provided a detailed proposal that covered all materials and labor, and then remained available/responsive by e-mail. Jerry and Ben coordinated all the services (plumbing, tile work) from start to finish. The quality of all work from CSS and each of the subcontractors was excellent and the price was reasonable.
