Se ond slowest service at any Sheetz in Columbus. And that's a very low bar to match. Do you hire any people who care about their jobs at all?

My husband and I have been frequent customers at many Sheetz establishments but will never be going back. We rarely ever use cash to pay for gas due to the potential for teller mistakes but this past evening my husband decided to make a cash purchase for his gas. The teller put the gas on the wrong pump and gave another customer $50+ in free gas. When my husband went back in because his pump was not working the teller realized their mistake but told my husband there was nothing they could do about it. They told my husband to file a police report. We are fortunate enough to not have to stress about this but for another individual who may have to budget as we have had to not to long ago this can be a costly mistake that is entirely the tellers fault but the customer has to pay for it. We will stick to putting BP in our cars. For a mistake like that Sheetz is not worth it.

This place would be alot better if I didn't get asked for change every time I want to get gas and food. It's Like the new homeless hangout. But, damn the tacos are too good!

They used to have good prices on gas. I now believe it was a marketing move to get you in then slowly raise the prices. It's not worth going for a three to five decent savings when you have to wait in a long line for a gas pump. Moreover, they have the fewest amount of gas pumps then most of the other gas stations. The service is ok. The workers do a great job in there jobs.
