Seniors Servicing has been a tremendous help to me. They have reviewed explanation of benefits to ensure I was billed correctly by hospitals and doctors and that my insurance has paid what they should according to my policy. The expertise they have in understanding the insurance industry and billing policies is way beyond the scope of the average person. Emily personally has tirelessly worked with a company to obtain a refund on my account. She has made countless phone calls to them and fought for me way longer than I ever would have one my own. Emily calls it professional persistence. I call it a Godsend. I am truly thankful for Emily and all her staff at Seniors Servicing for the help and support they have given to me during a most difficult time.

We have had an intense year of Medical/Insurance issues. Seniors Servicing Company, LLC, has stepped up and helped us in so many ways! We would advise anyone who is getting ready for Medicare with your many questions, or those that are new to or on Medicare to seek their help. The people are very kind, helpful, and go the mile to investigate every bill in question and every concern in a timely manner. They make all information shared on their website safe. We would be in debt paying many bills that were already paid if we had not had their help along with some sleepless nights. They are a Blessing!! Seniors Servicing saved me literally thousands of dollars with both my aunt and my husband. Their nurse spoke to the hospital for my aunt and negotiated a hospital bill down to literally a tenth of the original bill.
