Department of Public Utilities

I applied to take an HR exam for this department, qualified to take the test (due to the ONLY requirement being that the applicant had to have a Bachelors degree), passed the test with a score in the 90s and had my name certified and added to the eligible list. Come to find out, you need HR and/or recruiting experience to be seriously considered. Had they said that on the original job posting, I wouldnt bothered applying. It was great having 5 hours of my day wasted taking this exam only to be ignored because I lack the experience on paper. Transferable skills should matter!! Especially for a job that is CLEARLY entry level.

Your website is absolutely ATROCIOUS. Whoever you are outsourcing the coding for your website should be put in jail. I've never had so many problems with paying utilities in my life. I've had to alter my account information to pay on your web portal so many times its becoming LAUGHABLE. Part of me believes you coded your website to intentionally cause people problems and, in doing so, force them to pay late fees and other additional, unnecessary fees, that could EASILY BE RESOLVED WITH AN ACTUAL WEBSITE. You're the capital city of Ohio and your website seems like it was made by an 11 year old learning how to write HTML. FIX. YOUR. WEBSITE.
