We have been Kloud9 customers for a number of years. Although we don't have many issues, we have always found their Support Team to be outstanding. Mark helped show me how to create a link, so my bookkeeper could upload scanned documents into it. He did a terrific job of quickly explaining the process to me. I have nothing but the highest recommendation for Kloud9, their Support Team, and Mark. They are outstanding!!

Brian was very professional and quickly identified why my Kloud9 password was not working. I recommend to Kloud9 that they add a link to the sign-in page to allow users to know that they have to reset the password. thank you Brian.
