This company took my laptop in for repairs a couple of years back and never returned it. Called several times and sent emails as well. Anytime I did get ahold of, they gave a sketchy excuse and still didnt return it. Store location closed so I could no longer could stop in. Wouldnt recommend doing business with them

Phone I got fixed isn't fixed and after having it for a month and a half they didn't bother to see what was wrong with it and says it was fixed but stopped working shortly after. Went down greatly in quality after the move.

I went in to get my iPhone 8+ battery and charger fixed sometime around the week of November 14, 2021. When I got my phone back a little under a week later, everything was fine until I realized my vibration no longer worked, which wasn't an issue before getting it repaired. I sent an email out to the owner asking about it but never got a response. Great customer service in store, not so much online. While they did manage to fix the original problem for me, I'm a tad bit annoyed with the new problem.
