I had a great experience working with Joshua Waller and Alterra. My business lease was coming to an end, and I had a short amount of time to find a new space and get a lease finalized. I was introduced to Joshua and everything came together very quickly. Joshua was knowledgeable, helpful, communicative and made himself available to make sure I found something that worked for me and my business. The leasing process was seamless and I was able to get in to my new space quickly. I was very satisfied with the whole experience.
