        *UPDATE* no one opened the Macy’s doors until 11:04am. Got to the Starbucks counter and the drinks hadn’t been remade yet. Order was placed at 10:30ish for 10:45 pick up, was told I couldn’t come in to get my drinks, asked for them to me remade for pick up at 11, got in the store, drinks weren’t remade. Didn’t get out of Macy’s/Starbucks TIL 11:09AM!!! Coworkers and I placed an order for 10:45am. Macy’s doors are locked til 11am when Macy’s opens. Called Starbucks and they said that our drinks are ready but we aren’t allowed to come in to get them til 11?? So they’re just gonna sit there getting cold while I have to stand outside and wait. So why was 10:45 allowed on mobile pickup? Asked barista to remake them since we won’t want cold coffees. She said she would, hopefully she does
