You can find gems in here but sometimes they are not checking for quality. I found white heeled sandals with a visible sauce stain on them. $16 And a light blue dress with a nude stain. I would've got the dress of it wasn't on it. I don't think it will come out.

Lady was rude who checked us out, she just walked away and didn't even offer us a bag or even take the security tag off my item and just started carrying on a conversation with the other employee and rolled her eyes when I asked for her to take the security tag off, my item also had a stain on it, that I didn't notice. First and last time here!

Employees cannot do there job well took two hours to price 8 items to only go 40$ (not surprising for a resell shop) but two girls working the counter where being quite rude to my girlfriend and just talked to each other, even if you are a highschooler at least show a little respect when working !!! Mens section as per usual is mid womens section is huge with lots of filler garbage everywhere. Using depop would be a better option to sell or even buy clothes. Dont waste ur time with this gentrified trash unless you want to purchase SHEIN clothes for two times the price :)

I sell used clothes online and ship them straight to peoples houses for less than this store is charging. The prices are obscene. Greed is real in 2024. This world is sad.
