Madison Mills Park

Weve gone a couple times without issue but we went two days ago to find the playground area in disarray. It was badly trashed. It clearly hadnt been tended to in a long while, with large trees down from a recent storm, food and food wrappers scattered everywhere, and playground equipment vandalized with a Sharpie (I see this everywhere so whatever, but the trash and trees were pretty bad.) It was so dirty that I really didnt want my kids playing there, but good luck telling two toddlers theyve got to leave as soon as you get to a park. That doesnt go well. We wont be back.

Playground: Playground has swings and jungle gym. Very clean and well kept. The swing are in the shade. There are 2 large and 2 baby swings. There are also walking or biking trails. Restrooms: Large porta potty. Hand sanitizer inside. Dog-friendliness: I saw many people walking their dogs. All were on leashes. Picnic area: Picnic benches in the shade. I am not sure about BBQ.

It's a great park for kids the people who come here r good people. But it could use a few more swings and the swings could b lowered a little bit because the smaller kids struggle to get on them. A water fountain would b really nice

This is a nice new park with easy access to the Alum Creek bike path. There is a parking lot, children play area and a picnic area.
