        Dr. Brooks is so smart and thorough in her work, and the front office and rooms are clean and comfortable! Ive been to a few chiropractors for years and Dr. Brooks is the best. She worked on things that none of my previous chiropractors ever had, took pictures, explained everything, and did lots of tests to find my exact issues during the first visit.

        This place is trash! Ive come here a few times for years and have always payed my bill on time. They sent a bill to the wrong address- never sent an email and then automatically sent me to collections. Even though the mistake was on their end! Terrible - unprofessional business. When I called they hung up me after I asked them to double check the current most recent paperwork that I signed with my updated address and did not receive an email. I even called to see if I had a bill and the woman said they sent the claim to my wrong insurance. Go somewhere else dont even waste your time Based off the response- hence unprofessional.

        Dr. Brooks is very good explaining what her treatment will be and check the results and explain the next step . Best Chiropractor I ever had also gentle adjustments but very effective. I highly recommend Dr.Brooks.

      I'm really astonished by this review because I never would have expected it from you. The feelings of disappointment are mutual.Just for clarity, to anyone who may read this review, we never submit any account to collections that is less than 90 days past due. Patients receive paper statements to the address we have on file AND as a courtesy, we will often reach out via email prior to submitting a patient's account to our collection agency. To avoid ever having to send a patient to collections, we require patients to have a credit card on file. Patients are only submitted if we are unable to successfully collect payment with these processes in place.
