I have ordered from them multiple times, and I have always loved the items I actually received. Unfortunately, they only use FedEx to deliver, and FedEx is incompetent at delivering packages to our house. When I contacted the company about not receiving the order, I was told to contact my financial institution and dispute the charge. The company will not replace the item or offer me a refund. I will never order anything from them again.

Ordered a doll as a gift and requested gift boxes along with a gift message to be provided. I received the doll, just in a different condition than expected- just wrapped in tissue paper. It looked bad for an expensive present. Called customer service to see if they can provide the gift box and the card I initially ordered and they said that there is nothing they can do. The customer representative was not friendly at all. This company suppose to be known for a high service and quality because their items are quite expensive. I feel like they need to have a better customer service and disclose ahead of time if they cant provide what is being ordered. It is my first time purchasing and it definitely not a pleasant experience, so I am not looking forward to purchase again.
