The CCOC would be much better represented if it were not for the experience I had with Lorie Holt. I am looking for a career change and I had a phone interview with her which I thought went well but I received no feedback. After reaching out to her a few times, I came to the conclusion that I was ghosted since I received no responses to any of my emails. Although unprofessional but not uncommon, I moved on to interview with other companies. I recently saw she scheduled a meeting with my current manager, whose calendar I organize. So very odd, as during our interview she did ask me a lot of questions about my current employer. I wonder if I was interviewed only to get details that would be later used as a means for membership solicitation?? Very classless.
