Great Experience! They recently worked on my Porsche Macan installing front and rear dash cams as well as direct power wiring for my radar detector. Camera and detector placements were perfect, and the wiring was extremely neat and clean. My OCD self was VERY pleased with their work. They are extremely professional and fun to talk to. Highly recommend!

Great experience here! Bought a 2003 Town Car about a year and a half ago now, which was great except that no one uses cassettes anymore, so I wanted a more modern audio player. I took it into Sound Investment since my family has known Mike's for a while, and they were able to retrofit it with a Bluetooth audio system and backup camera that have worked great and fit in with the car super well! Had a weird issue with the backup camera recently, so I took it back in and they were able to figure out the issue and replace the camera. Great service, and great people running this little shop.

Worst experience Ive ever had with any company. They didnt fix my truck right the first time and 2 months later were going to charge me for work that had already been paid for and not fixed properly (sound to the radio). The manager at the front desk was so arrogant and rude it was nauseating. The dealership I bought my vehicle from sent me to them to have them work on the truck. I will never use this place again and I recommend you dont either. If the manager had not been so arrogant about the whole situation I might not be writing this review. He needs to lose his job or be put in a place where he doesnt talk to any customers. Ill be surprised if they are still in business in 1 year.

Super nice and knowledgeable guys. Their quote for the exact same stereo and backup camera was exactly 1/2 what I was quoted by Columbia Car Audio.
