        Very rude man on phone told me today the procedure here for a interior clean , not even a detail, was to bring it by for assessment, leave 50% deposit and then Id be giving a date for the cleaning. Are you insane? And then whoever answered that phone up on me just for asking clarification was To make anyone go though all this is just plain ridiculous.
