John is a very kind and professional individual who took great care in getting my car to look showroom new. His attention to detail is on the spot. Desperately needed a good cleaning on both interior and exterior of the car. Both Vomit stains and other debris on the inside and adhesive remains from stickers and other accessories were all on the back of the exterior. The car was returned looking and smelling absolutely brand new. John was kind, polite, and very informative throughout the entire process, and the pricing we very reasonable. Service: Auto detailing

I came to John about 1 year ago for a full interior and exterior detail on my Jeep. I was influenced by all the nice reviews. He wasnt the most delicate or kind man but he did a good job. It was $200. Now I scheduled another appointment for a brand new 2022 vehicle, same exact size. I only needed an exterior wash and it was new so not that bad, I just didnt want to run it through a wash that would scratch it. He told me previously I would receive a discount for returning. Being as I only needed the outside, I thought at most I would be charged $100 (half of the previous price that was both in and out). Instead he quoted me 50% more and wanted to charge $150 for a wash. I tried to ask about being returning and the pricing he has online and he got very defensive saying hes not sticking me and to read fine print better. The interaction left a sour taste in my mouth but I still proceeded to schedule. Before the appointment I called to cancel and he told me he already assumed I would cancel and had counted me out. The man is becoming more rude over the years and charging 50% more than he did (dont even count on getting a discount for a return customer). Theres so many other places in Columbus to choose from.
