Amazing charter. Bus was great and the price for the trip was exactly what I expected to be. The bus was clean and had great AC which was important to us during the summer since its so hot

Booking with national charter bus of Columbia was a great experience and very easy. Bus was good and very clean as were the reps who helped with setting up our charter

I would NOT recommend this company at all. The night before our daughters wedding, I received 2 emailsboth credits for busses I had secured from this company. No email with any explanation for the cancellation. I called the company asking why busses I had secured months before were no longer available and was told he was just dispatch and would have to talk to customer service first thing the next morning. Saturday morning, day of wedding, we were told sorry, busses no longer available, we cant do anything about it. No explanation why we werent informed, given a heads up, nothing. So we were stuck with 115 people stranded at our venue with no way to get to our after-party. Thankfully, some local bus companies worked their butts off for us and came throughthe little guys with the big hearts saved the day!
