        Staff is really nice. I usually go to find records, they always have the exact vinyls I'm looking for! The cafe is always really well cleaned and nice to get work done.

        The store manager Kristina is a true HEROINE. Shes helped my daughter and I before, but today she went above and beyond any store employee has ever. I went in knowing I was late to get a B&N exclusive but I asked anyway to see what other locations had it. The employee that helped me tried her best and I truly appreciate her effort but Kristina stepped and spoke to the other location, which was further then I could get to and had them ship it to me at home. The book meant the world to me because my sister who lives in my home state recommended the series, so getting the bonus chapters was truly important to me. Kristina walked the other B&N location through the process and took time out of her day to make sure I got this book. She is absolutely amazing and Im so happy she was there. I will always go to this store because I know if she is working my daughter and I will be taken care of.
