His team is excellent and responsive to any questions or concerns you may have during the process. I was so nervous and scared of filing bankruptcy as Ive never dealt with anything like this before. Mr. West has an amazing system that has made this whole process much less stressful than it could have been without their thorough help. I had a consultation over the phone with Mr. West today. He was very professional and understanding. He could have easily presented an angle that benefited his office at my expense unnecessarily. Instead, he provided sound and honest advice regarding my financial position. His staff that set up the pro bono consultation were also very understanding and patient. If anyone reading this has doubts or anxiety about making a call to Mr. West's office, I can attest that they are easy to speak to about difficult financial subjects and provide advice based on your best interest, not theirs. Fortunately, I wasn't in need of his office's service at this time. In the future though, they are my absolute first phone call if I require attorneys in their field of expertise.
