When I say I've truly never had a buisness assist me like this place has I mean it. The relief I feel after dealing with the people here is immeasurable. I want to thank Floyd and all the other guys who worked on my car this week, you guys rock and are a shining example of why I will keep my AAA membership for life.

        Got a flat on 70. Response time was great. Ben was fantastic, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Would get a flat here again, although hopefully not.

        Been a member for 13 years. Never able to tow my vehicle without paying, rude customer service and Ill never forget New Years Eve night I was left in negative degree weather in downtown Columbus for 5 hours. Worthless.
