Long overdue reviewthe folks at JAM Shop Auto Repair are absolutely wonderful! On 1/2/24 I was leaving Columbus and headed back to Maryland - a nearly 5 hr trip. My vehicle started making a grinding noise. I called a couple places, and JAM told me to bring it right over and theyd work me in. Driveshaft and bearings were shot. If the part they received had fit, they wouldve had me back on the road that day. The lady in the office was in constant communication with updates. They went above and beyond to get me on the road early the next day. Bonus: They are dog lovers and had a gorgeous pittie girl in the office. I cant thank them enough! Excellent work at a reasonable price. Excellent customer service. 1000/10 recommend! If youre in the Worthington area and experiencing car trouble, go straight to JAM!

Place is a joke. 500$ for a diagnostic and a mass air flow sensor? Obviously unskilled.
