Called in to talk with them about issues on my car they were very rude on the phone didnt even get to tell them what was wrong with my car when they told me they couldnt help me and abruptly hung up the phone call back to see why and the man told me he was too busy to talk to me if I was you I would not use this place they are totally unprofessional and extremely extremely rude

Back in September I needed new brakes and tires on my VW, but one of my locking lugs was stripped. The VW dealership was going to charge me a LOT to remedy this issue, then I was recommended to Automotive Specialists by word of mouth. These guys took on the challenge of getting the bolt off and getting me out the door with new tires and brakes at a very reasonable price. They literally saved me hundreds of dollars that I would have spent at the dealer (nothing against VW, but they were going to make me get a whole new locking key $$$$). They went the extra mile and scheduled me at the right time to qualify me for a rebate, found the best prices on VW parts, and kept me updated the whole time, as it was an ordeal just finding someone who would address the locking lug.
