I was alarmed on a Wednesday evening when my son told me the EPC warning light illuminated on his 2016 Audi A3 and the car started vibrating. I found German Autowerks via Google and called them the next morning. They got me in that morning. Within an hour or so they had diagnosed the problem (bad spark plugs and ignition coils), and by 12:06 PM the car was fixed at a price in-line with the estimate, and Im sure well below what I would have paid at an Audi dealership. Chris was friendly on the phone and in-person, and he explained things clearly in terms that a layperson like me could understand. I will be bringing my sons Audi and my daughters VW here for service from now on. If you own a German car in Columbus and need service, you really should check these folks out.
