I personally dont recommend this place, I had my first car accident so I didnt know any better. Started out with Brittany helping me with my car but eventually I would call in to check on my car and she wouldnt give me a accurate response i really dont know how she works in customer service if you doesnt know how to talk to people. She might get the body shop people but afterwards she treats the customer like she Superior then them. Afterwards from me calling so much because she would give me different dates when my car was going to be ready she had Eric speak to me. Now Eric gives customers service, he knows what hes doing. I understand getting my car was going to take a while and Eric wouldnt tell me itll be ready next week like Brittany. Eric in the other hand would actually talk to me and explain to me what was going on. I waited 6 months to finally get my car back and when I got it back the only thing that they fixed was the outside. The windshield washer reservoir tank was still broken, I could start my car and when I got it back my car wouldnt start on its own anymore. When I told them about the problem they said they couldnt fixed it because I had already took the car out from the body shop. So i had to pay out of pocket to get my car fixed. All they wanted was my insurance check.

I mostly worked with Will and he was very good with communicating what was needed and staying in touch. He was very accommodating and had offered to pick me up from the car rental shop down the street when I needed to pick up my car. Also I did not realize my deductible was covered so it was a nice surprise when I discovered i didn't owe anything on pickup. I haven't had issues with my car so they did good on the repairs too. Took a month and a half to get my car back and they still haven't finished it yet going on two months had somebody else car parts leaning on my car in the yard kept giving dum reasons why not trust worthy and never completed repairs
