National Automotive Brokerage Solutions (NABS)

I understand that this company is designed to help people find a lender, I do not believe its motto is to be extremely unprofessional to the clientele it serves. I worked with Cindy. I do not recommend her or this company as it was not made clear that the vehicles they help you to find financing for comes from the AUCTION and not a dealership. I dont believe Cindy read through all of the material she sent me either. There was a clause that a vehicle could be found based on what you qualify for and your preference that would at least be 2013 or newer with no more than 60,000 miles. When I declined to finance a vehicle close to ten years old with over 70,000 miles from an auction, her exact words were that I need to be realistic. Needless to say, Ive found a lender to finance me for the vehicle I want with the same car payment terms that NABS offered on a vehicle half the age and mileage as previously offered by Cindy. I in fact was very realistic about my needs in a vehicle but apparently unrealistic in thinking this company really wanted to help. If youve had a great experience then good for you. I wont recommend them to anyone.

Everything was good until I found out they lied about replacing all four tires on the car. Not only are the tires not new but one of the tires had a plug repair that is faulty and I am being told the entire tire has to be replaced and can no longer be repaired, I have texted and called and no one has gotten back to me.

Horrible service and getting back with costumers. Difficult to get things finalized. Hard to get honest answers from staff!

Had a great experience! Customer service is top notch. Special thanks to Cindy and Ashlee! Buying a car can sometimes be a frustrating and time consuming process. They did all the leg work and made it easy for me. 5 stars!
