Kim was amazing helping me find my father a place to go. She was so informative every step of the way. I had a million questions and she answered them all. She also taught me a lot in the whole process. Would recommend 10/10. Very attentive, super friendly and full of knowledge.

I highly recommend working with Kim and Marilee with Senior Transition Experts. They made everything very easy and did things I didnt even know needed done. It all happened very quickly because she had a fall, went to the hospital, went to rehab and then couldnt come home and needed Assisted Living. This wasnt on our radar so I didnt know where to start or what paid for what. Kim and Marilee explained the levels of care, where she would be best with the care she needed, talked to me about what our needs were and my budget. They contacted 3 places and we toured two. They went with me and asked questions I would never know to ask. After each tour we would evaluate the good and bad and see if it was a good fit. The second place we toured was perfect. They helped me set up a move-in date, they helped find me a moving company, they helped getting notes from her rehab facility and then they helped me understand what my expectations of an assisted living should be. I can 100% say I would not have found as good as fit as we did had we not used Senior Transition Experts.

Kim is amazing! She helped us find a fantastic deal at a great facility for my mom. On the day of the move she came and helped me unpack and organize moms new apartment. I highly recommend using Kim to help you find a facility for your loved ones!
