If I could give 0 stars I would. My heart goes out to anyone living in this facility. The owners don't care about the residents or the employees. This place is infested with bedbugs and everything barely works. If you have a loved one here, please find somewhere else for them because I promise they are getting neglected. These photos are of one of the residents wheelchair and bed. I had only worked there a couple of months and noticed them crawling all over this man. ON HIS BODY. That does not happen overnight. The aides that work here are very lazy and just sit around. It's very disturbing and sad to see. The last picture is a mushroom growing in a public shower area inside the facility, which ALL the residents had to use at one point because the water in their rooms did not work. From what I understand, the water was like that since September of 23. Just got fixed about a month ago. They are taking advantage of people with a waiver. It doesn't matter how much the residents get on their social security checks.. because ALL residents only get an "allowance" of $50 a month!!!!!! THEY ARE ROBBING THEM BLIND. This place is a joke and needs to be condemned!!!

The building is located in a nice area and looks beautiful from the outside but beware . Inside this place it is nasty, the floors and carpet is disgusting. The walls have mold everywhere and the place is bedbug infested, they are literally crawling on some of the residents. I went to talk to the staff and they are so unprofessional, from the Owner Joe from Toledo; Stephanie here in Columbus; Shanel the nursing director , i could go on. After visiting my cousin who is currently living in this facility I couldnt believe that such a place existed. My cousin shared with me all her concerns about lack of proper food, elevators not working, no hot water since October 2023I contacted the Ohio department of health . No one should have to live in these conditions. I am working on getting my cousin moved but it takes time.

This place has lied to me my brother is in there they have lied to social security and told them they haven't gotten their payments every month and they are getting double payments on him got him so mess up with them he has to pay them back I have recordings of them talking to my brother like a dog and had him crying they feed them slop like you would feed a pig if you have family there id get them out of there I'm filing a law suit against them and Stephanie is a lier they avoid your calls because they lie I also should mention my brother has dementia thank God he still knows I'm his sister the law suit is being filed March 18 2024

Stay far away from this facility. It's infested with bed bugs. The staff is incompetent. My father recently went several days without certain medications like his blood thinner and blood pressure medication. One of the nurses said quote unquote "she would have to find some medication for him elsewhere", meaning they were taking medication for other patients and dispensing it to him!! The place is always filthy. The food is worse than prison food. They've also had inadequate water pressure and no hot water since October 2023. It's now February 2024. The facility is in shambles. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. The company that owns this facility is based out of Toledo and is taking advantage of people on Medicaid waivers. Beware.

Horrible do not even kennel your dog here. The place is riddled with mold. The maintenance is nonexistent, the management staff and owner do not care about anything, but collecting your money, the food is almost always cold, and very little variety. If you want the worst experience of your life move here. I only gave it one star because I couldnt give it a negative*
