I've been here for 10 years and was losing hope with the community until the new owners purchased the complex. They are amazing! Friendly and fast office staff that are always willing to help. I can't say enough about how friendly and kind and talented the maintenance team is. They always go above and beyond to keep our community clean. The playground and dog park are great additions. My only complaint is the lack of lighting in some of the parking lots and near the trash cans, but I hear they are working on that.

Miss Shakhia is always when warm and welcoming when I call into the office. Her attention to detail in relaying my maintenance needs and particular requests does not go unnoticed. Thank you Shakhia for all that you do and the care and consistency by which you do it!
