        Loved my apartment and the owner was always quick to respond. Bummed to move away after graduation!

        Terrible experience renting from this company. Not only did they not clean the unit prior to the move in date they refuse to communicate efficiently with their tenants. Our maintenance requests would go ignored for weeks unless we repeatedly contacted them essentially begging them to manage their own property. Not to mention they tried telling my roommates and I we owed thousands of dollars without ever providing a statement or clear billing invoice. They would send numerous emails demanding these fees all the while ignoring our emails asking for a statement showing what is was we owed them. Not to mention the pictures they list online for their rentals are from other units than the one being shown. Please save yourself time and trouble and take your business elsewhere.
