The representative's voice on the phone is constantly cutting off, which made it really hard to hear what he's saying. This made me ask him for confirmation, which apparrently made him so mad (for some reason) that he hung up the phone. Thank you so much for telling me which company to avoid within 5 minutes of talking.

For a full month I have not had a dishwasher, washer, or dryer available to me in my unit. For as far as I know, Ive never had functional air conditioning. At one point, I didnt even have heat. When my pipe bursted they stuck me in a hotel for an entire month. The wifi is egregiously slow, and the pool is never open. Its currently June and theres no water in the hot tub, and the pool is closed off. Not to mention, sometimes the fire alarms go off for hours on end. I pay rent and amenity fees for all of these things, and yet none of them work. I wont be signing a lease again, and I would suggest you dont either!

I would not recommend living here. the leasing staff is so rude. They do not care about the residents. They have individual leases. the management sucks and are super flaky. do not move in.
