We only toured the establishment but had a really good experience even just in that small amount of time. Abbie was incredibly helpful and pleasant to speak with at our visit. They were very thorough with our options and in answering all of our questions. While I can't speak on living here, I can say I was pleased enough that we decided on the sister apartments that are close by.

Its a great complex with a really hardworking, kind staff. Free parking is such a nice amenity. Anytime somethings popped up, Tiffany and Abby have been so courteous and communicativeanswering questions and helping resolve the issues right away. The community is pretty calm so its nice to be a bit further from the city, but its an easy commute (10-15 min). I love my balcony view so much

the electric bill is ridiculous. during the winter it could go up as high as 600 dollars
. that is the most ridiculous electric bill for a two bedrooms apartment who only want to stay warm as a regular human being.

Abbie (sales agent) is very kind and warm in answering my questions when showing me around the apartment. Although I eventually decide not to live there due to my personal preference, I still appreciate her attitude and work very much, and I believe people can enjoy their time living there with her excellent work and attitude.
