    Since 2019, I've been living here. However, the living experience has worsened significantly, especially since the property management changed. My car was stolen here, and the officers' attitude was really poor; they seemed helpless. When I moved out, they even charged me excessively for nuanced reasons. This decline in living conditions, coupled with the treatment from management, is deeply disappointing. 1 star is for the maintenance. They are professional. Overall, I dont recommend anyone living here in the future.

    The apt is ok but the hot water wait (sharing with other apts) is annoying. Where I used to live, we had no problem. You can smell drugs, poop all over the property (most owners don't pick up after their dogs), the street lights around the area especially at night is very dark that you can't see anyone walking, the heating system is really loud (its an old building) and this Bilt Payment charge is ridiculous (what if we don't want more card). Have few neighbors giving no respect or common courtesy especially upstairs. Sometimes I see new cars (people stay over or new people coming constantly) that there isn't parking especially where we live at (almost every single night) Good thing is having own washer/dryer, big space, good lighting, semi spacious closet, and gym (havent used yet). That's all I can say.

    We moved in July of 2023. So far our experience has been nothing but pleasant. Every time we have placed a maintenances order our requests are completed within 24 hours most of the time or worst case within 48 hours. An example of their good service is that when we had concerns about our town home being too hot upstairs they provided options and solutions right away when we contacted them in person. The apartment manager allowed us to install a window A.C that completely eliminated the problem at no cost extra to us. In our experience we really enjoy this apartment complex. Our dog has a ton of room to be walked and even a dog park. I even recommended our close friends to move in and they love it just like us.
