Visited Bel Air Court Apartments today, and Debby was amazing. She demonstrated great patience, attentively listened to our needs, and went above and beyond. My family and I would like to extend our gratitude with a shout-out for her exceptional service. We are eagerly looking forward to being part of this wonderful community.

WARNING !
I applied here for a one bedroom apartment, the black lady in the office told me the one I wanted was already taken and offered me another one. During the visit, I asked her what is the minimum credit score you need to be accepted, she didn't respond, I took out my phone, I showed her my score to be sure that Ive the Good one. When we returned to the office, she told me that the apartment I just visited had just been taken, she offered me the first one for which I had come and for which she had told me that it was has been taken. I applied and paid the fees. Few days later, she calls me back to tell me that I wasn't accepted because I dont have a credit score and thats not true, I showed her my credit score from my Chase bank account and she saw it .
Me and another client, she had us apply for the same apartment even though she knows it has already been taken. This lady is a scammer and a big liar. You can keep the service fees that you stole from me but the $50 holding fees are refundable and Im waiting for them otherwise Im gonna go and take them back myself.
