        I recently moved into The View on Fifth Apartments and it has been an incredible experience. The modern amenities and spacious rooms provide a luxurious living environment that's hard to find elsewhere. The staff are exceptionally friendly and always willing to help, creating a warm and welcoming community atmosphere. Plus, the location is close to local shops and restaurants, making it convenient and enjoyable for everyday living.

        The View on Fifth is a great place to live. The staff is very nice and it is clear they want the View to be a good place to live. There are people sweeping the garage and removing trash every morning. They mop the floors in the hallway frequently. They have nice amenities and common spaces. Highly recommend!

        Havent lived there for 5 years. A collection showed up on my credit report today. I literally have no idea from what. I dont owe them a penny. Overpriced apartments and dishonest business.

      Thank you for your feedback, Kyle. After speaking to you yesterday, we were able to reiterate that was not done under our property management company. We also came to find that your damages of the unit exceeded the security deposit amount, which is what was left overdue and sent to collections. To our understanding, your problem was resolved by us to the best of our ability not even being the company who made those decisions.
