        Community here is really great. Book Club and trivia and other fun events every month, the pool should be open by April. It's a really fun place to live and the community and events team make it very easy to meet new people!

        My heat has been broken since Saturday. No one can give me an eta on when it will be fixed. It's freezing in my apartment and they offered me a space heater that doesn't work. This is absolutely ridiculous for a "luxury" apartment. I don't understand how I'm the only person in the building without heat and why there is no sense of urgency. If I'm paying $1800 a month I should have heat. This place is a complete ripoff. As of 4pm today 2/19 I still don't have heat and no one has reached out to me with an eta on when it will be fixed.

        UPDATE 2/2024: Updated from 3 to 4 stars. Maintenance is MUCH quicker. Its a 4 instead of 5 because the windows are old and awful. UPDATE 7/2023: Still love living here. Reduced stars from 5 to 3 because the maintenance is soooooo slow. Im guessing its due to staffing. Part of our master bathroom floor is ROTTED. Been a week since we put in our maintenance request and nobody has come by to see it. I LOVE living here! My husband and I were planning a move to Florida, but decided to re-sign our lease. The gym is one of the best apartment gyms I've ever seen with the ability to pay for private classes and personal training. The location is incredible. So many events, stores and restaurants are in walking distance. I love going to the festivals and not pay for parking. Lastly, the staff is incredible and so nice. They do whatever they can to make you feel at home.

        Resident for 8 months. Overall, I really enjoy living here. All of the other residents are friendly and I dont have any complaints about noise! Weve had a few hiccups with the front doors and elevators, but the leasing office and maintenance teams seem receptive and work towards getting things resolved in a timely manner. Cornell has been a great addition to the team! He is very personable and really cares about keeping our building clean.
