Ryland Park

This is going to be a long post, but please read and save yourself from the terrible experience I went through as a now former tenant. In the lease it states that after 10pm, theres not to be any excessive noise. Violations will be met with fines and eventually eviction. I lived on the ground floor and the tenants on the 3rd floor had parties every night. They would be in the common areas and out on the balcony making such a disturbance that it was as if they were outside my window, which falls under the violation. And they were so loud that they would knock things off my walls and rattle my doors. Everyone in the building would complain to the office and they didnt do anything about it. Additionally, they wont allow you to break the lease early until youre 6 months in, and even then, you had to pay out your lease and provide notice. Even if you no longer felt safe in the building or in the unit. I told the office I no longer felt safe with my roommate and wished to leave. They told me that I couldnt leave unless I found someone to replace me. Ill repeat that. IT DIDNT MATTER THAT I DIDNT FEEL SAFE. I strongly do not recommend this complex. Theyre all about bringing in the dough and they dont actually care about the tenants. They charge by the person! My roommate wanted to move their partner in and they told us that our rent would increase by $500! We were already paying roughly $1,300 a month for a two bedroom. I think it may have been closer to $1,500 I cant remember. But it was outrageous as it was.

Great community to live in. Maintenance requests get completed within the same few days of submission. Regan made my move in extremely easy and fast. Happy to say that this is my first apartment!

I had been looking for a new place for almost a year, did not want to settle, and was willing to wait for the place to call home for me and my son. I found Ryland park, and it was perfect from the start. I began with calling to make an appointment for a tour, Regan reached out to confirm date and time and was extremely friendly and professional. We showed up, and the place was even better in person and then Regan made it above and beyond. With all of my questions she had the knowledge to make me want to put in the application that day. I was approved immediately, and I am still impressed with how and easy she is making my move, with just simple email questions she gets back to me immediately and professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend this community if you are looking for a new place to call home:)
