Summerview

I am really happy with the Champion Management Team at the Summerview Apartment. Both Whitney and Sara are kind and professional at the same time. They keep on impressing us with the quality and the promptness of the service they provide. I still remember the first day they were here and I went to office to get my front door fixed. They were still settling in, and suggested that they can take the request today. Within 5 minutes Chris came over and fixed our door. Whitney was really prompt and helpful that day. Since then we have made several requests and they have been handled very nicely and promptly. I feel we are well taken care of and loved as both Whitney and Sara extend care and kindness while we are in the clubhouse. I would like to extend the same. Feeling Grateful and blessed having the two of you. Also thankful to the staff who have visited our house for repairs and upgrades. A shout out to you too!!! We are having monthly activities, lucky draws which keeps the days interesting in the community. Birthday Wishes and these little things makes our family joyful . Goodwill, Recycling, Girl Scouts cookies and many other activities happen in the community, which are a very important part of building a well rounded community when it comes to contributions to the society. The outside green areas have been cleaned and are well maintained. Pet waste disposal are added just to name a few. The Clubhouse Upgrades have been awesome. The design team took care of the aesthetics very well by including vibrant colors, balance and movement, interesting seating layouts and creating little spaces for different activities. I go to the clubhouse sometimes when I need to find an inspiration, read a book or simply work. The addition of Starbucks Coffee, Desktop and printer is also a great thoughtful idea to have, welcoming us to use the Clubhouse. Kudos to the entire team Cheers and Thanks again

New company bought it last year and it has gone markedly downhill ever since. Biggest difference is the maintenance crew. The grounds are not nearly as well maintained as they were under previous management, even though new team is many many more members. Trash everywhere on the property. This is not a nice place to live anymore.

Whitney and Sara are both amazing in the office and just in general! They have been so patient and helpful with me and my fianc when we were looking to move into our new home. Love it here! The maintenance is also very spot on and respectful of the homes that they come into. Great company and place overall! Didnt see any problems when we moved in with them and everything looked clean and read to move in when we came here. Love love love !!!!
