Love this place. I drive from Westerville to come here. There are ones way closer, but they have too many hoops to jump thru(9 hours counseling a week, for example). Here, you meet with your doctor and a counselor briefly on the day you get your meds. Theyre flexible, and I never feel that I cant go bc I messed up. You always get your meds no matter what your screening shows.

Review part 2 I really cannot warn any prospective clients enough to stay away from this facility. Whatever your intentions are, whether you want to be a suboxone lifer and especially if you genuinely want to get clean. The appeal was that I work full time and I go to college part time so the one day a week appealed to my schedule when most places require several hours or more of intensive outpatient to be on medication assisted treatment. After my last visit I finally decided to quit going and come back to a different facility to be tapered off this medication entirely and go back on vivitrol. They accused me of not taking my suboxone properly even though the reality was that in order to urinate in front of a hateful, unqualified attendant I had to down half a gallon of water two hours prior to my visit and was probably diluting the sample to practically nothing unintentionally. Instead of suggesting that I be observed taking my medication or figure out a other ways to verify my compliance they took me back down to weekly visits the very first time that I had made it to bi-monthly. Did they cut me off? No. But knowing that I was taking 16mg of suboxone a day and that they didnt care enough to verify my levels or compliance another way and that at any moment I could be cut off at such a high dose I knew I needed to find a different way to treat my addiction. Beyond even the provider negligence this feels like the kind of place you will show up to and discover the state has shut down. Go to this place and youll see just how illegitimate their practice feels and how terrible you feel about yourself every time that you leave. Its not worth it. If you can try to find another way to get the help you need. You will NOT get it here. I dont know how it started, but this is what it is now. I have never been to a doctors office where the service I received was on par if not worse than a McDonalds in the hood. But thats what this place is. A fast food suboxone clinic. Terrible service, longer than expected wait times, and a poorly trained staff that shows up for a paycheck and nothing more. If you want REAL help, to genuinely let go of the opiates and make a better life for yourself I promise you that its worth it. Life can be amazing sober, so do yourself the kindest thing that you can and find a facility that will genuinely have your best interest in mind. Where your recovery can flourish and you will be cared for by people that want to help and understand. If youre looking for a place that will let you continue to get high while still writing you a script every week that youll sell half of and take the other half when you have no choice in order to ward off being dope sick this is your place. Enjoy. They cater to the people they can keep on weekly visits to siphon off as much of the Ohio tax payers money as they can. Show real progress, show real enthusiasm for sobriety, this place will make you hate yourself and question your own intentions. Disclaimer: I made some remarks in this review that I fear could open me to retaliation. I can not verify or confirm that life Springs recovery is or has ever been scamming the Medicaid system or works outside the requirements of the law. I have no proof. Everything expressed in this personal review part 1 and review part 2 made with different email accounts in order to go beyond the word limit is purely a testimony of my own experiences and impressions and is my own opinion. I have no factual evidence to confirm or deny whether or not this medical facility is working around the laws required for safe prescribing of opioid maintenance medications and I can not verify any employees intentions, only remark on my opinion of how I view their conduct.
