Ive been emailing back and forth with them trying to close out my 401k since leaving my last employer. They make it extremely difficult to get your money. and they have ignored my last 3 emails. Literally ignore.

I have talked to the same gentleman two times In the retirement solutions side Over the phone. Once in early 2023 and again today. This guy is a professional at being sarcastic and short without it coming off As overly rude. He is indignant. Someone in management should probably work on his customer service skills. Definitely comes off as I am smarter than you. The lady who picked up the phone is very friendly and customer service oriented, but the handoff To the other gentleman does not continue this customer oriented theme.

My guy Zach Davis is the MAN. He's one of the smartest, hardest working individuals we do business with. I've cycled through 4 tax accountants in the last 7 years. They all promise a lot -- "Oh we'll save you on taxes! We'll be proactive!" They are great at selling, not so great at tax. Zach and the team at SD has consistently provided value above and beyond what I would have asked. Highly recommend them to anyone where quality and service is the #1 priority.

Based on the disaster that was my work experience here and the incompetence of top management, I cannot stress enough how far any prospective employee should stay from this firm.
