        I have hired Dave for handyman services and again to install a mini-split ductless a/c and heating system for my sunroom. I definitely recommend his services and would hire him for any future projects that may come up as well!!

        Timely, professional and fair. Very knowledgeable and will actually troubleshoot a problem instead of selling you a temporary fix. I will definitely call again. Service: A/C system repair

        Called to schedule services, no answer. Texted with details and after a vague response was ghosted for a few days. In the details I tell him I'm a 3rd shift worker and needed to schedule it early. on the day he finally responds he said he would be over that morning and kept me waiting all day. I need to be up by 5:30pm for work. I decided to try and get some sleep around 3pm.I've been a repeat customer, but never a valued customer. Each time he has kept me up waiting. He tells me he doesn't provide services he's already preformed for me. His work the prior year was probably the cause for my pipe bursting, but cannot verify that with certainty.

      It was a pleasure to do business with Jill. She had done the research on some mini splits and thought it would be good to have a 24k btu inverter system. I find the most reliable product on the market. It was simply a matter of locating a 24k btu single head system locally . Fortunately I have a good relationship with the manager at a large distributor in Lima. LG is a reliable system with many perks.
