I love the fact that not only is it veteran don't, but the entire staff from the gentleman that came out to give us a quote to Terri who answered they made the entire process. I didn't feel like I was being pressured and everything was very clear.After extensively working with several companies we felt that Ranger recovery was a great fit that provided detailed solutions to our concerns We have already signed a contract and awaiting work in two weeks to be completed.

I used Ranger Recovery to help in a traumatic situation and they were the best. Professional, efficient, and most of all compassionate and understanding. I highly recommend them for any situation. They are the best.

Want to give a shout-out to Luke, Matt, and Trystan. You guys did an amazing job with the restoration of the basement and installing the dehumidifier. It looks amazing. I cannot say enough good things about this company. We had a huge sewage line leak in our finished basement that totally destroyed the family room, laundry room, bathroom, closets and personal items. I called Ranger at 4 o'clock on Friday afternoon in desperation for help and they made adjustments to their work schedule to come out and had the crew there by 6 PM that drove from an hour and a half away. The crew was absolutely AMAZING and worked non-stop till after midnight. They kept in contact over the weekend and returned on Monday to assess the progress, and did an outstanding job of cutting the drywall and cleaning everything. I truly am in awe of the service they provided. A huge shout out to Matt, Tristen, and Michael who were so kind, respectful of our property and hard working beyond belief! These guys are on the frontlines and represent your company in the most professional way. Richard Branson quote "Train people well enough so they can leave. Treat them well enough so they don't want to." I sure hope these 3 men are treated well - they deserve it! Thank You again, Leianne and George David
