BJ's Wholesale Club

It was my first time visiting this one, and BJs as a whole. Normally, I do delivery but I wanted to try it out. I wasn't amazed by the selection, but overall my experience was bad. It was dirty, selection was disappointing, and only 1 or 2 staff interactions were positive. The cashier didn't want to talk, or even ask to scan our card to start. I had to ask the lady after I filled the checkout belt. I even didn't know where to enter the store once inside. I walked up a long path before realizing that's the one where customers go out. The organization is awful, and I have to assume other locations are better... 2 stars for the employees that were nice. -3 stars for having a bad store manager, as it's on them to improve the place and the overall employee satisfaction.

The people at AT&T inside are the BEST they literally cut my bill in half from Tmaybe And got me a great promotion. If I was you I would definitely consider switching with those guys
