        Tried several times to contact agent by phone, during business hours. There is a message, but a message cannot be left. The customer service rep suggested I travel back to the location since no answers the phone. That's ridiculous. I'm supposed leave the comfort of my home because the Uhaul rep won't answer the phone.The next time I need a rental truck I will be sure to actually go to an official Uhaul facility. Will not recommend location 6000 Carnegie Ave, Cleveland, OH.

        Just wanted to drop a quick note how excellent the service was at this UHaul location. Well worth your time to start here. Office building was spotless, owner super laid back and helpful, and this may sound like a small thingbut its a big thing to me. It was a chilly morning when I picked the 15 ft cube van up and while I did paperwork, the owner got the truck, pulled it right up to the entrance and left it running with the heat on so it would be toasty when I departed. Awesome! Appreciate the folks here and top level, thoughtful service

        Good morning guy's, This place is awesome . The last time I went on West 130th. That gas station was terrible. They had me down for not to rent to me . My old self was like what . I been getting U-Hauls forever. And I never in my 60 years had a problem. So beware guys. Do not go on West 130 th. That gas station. They gave me some money back from my deposit. 3 years later I go to rent a U-Haul. And I can't. How embarrassing was that for a boss lady like me. I'm warning you guys go to 6000 Carnegie avenue. He helped me take care of that matter. Thank you so much God bless you.
