    It has been 3 weeks and I am still not driving my 2021 Toyota Corolla Hatchback XSE. This is due to missing, damaged, wrong, or incorrectly installed parts. I reached out to Charles who said, "You knew all these problems before buying the car, had a checklist, and looked over the car for an hour to an hour and a half." Before I could even respond I was blocked from the Facebook discussion. Let me be clear, I did have a checklist, but this was for basic items. Exclusive Auto Group (EAG) hid things a person would not know unless you took it apart or new the model of a car really well. I am not against buying cars with rebuilt titles. I am not expecting perfection. I am expecting the car to have the correct parts put together correctly. The car should be painted and cleaned correctly. With that being said, I have invested over $800 of my own money into parts with days of labor! Here is what I would tell anyone thinking about purchasing a car from Exclusive Auto Group... 1. Watch how the car is painted! Charles told me he had a, "Professional" paint the car, but I have never seen so much overspray on a car. The underbody and fender wells were totally coated in blue! The hood pad, hood latch, and the rear cargo mat had blue painted on it. They did not tape off multiple areas and the areas they did tape off were not taped correctly. Whoever painted this car did not know what they were doing and made a mess! Some may ask, "Didn't you see this before buying the car?" Yes, I did see a few areas, but when I came to EAG their lot had not been plowed and it was difficult to look underneath the car. So, once I got the car home and got underneath the car I really noticed all the blue! 2. Make sure to check EAG's mechanical work. The mechanical fixes EAG did on this car were horrible! This all started because I noticed some bolts and screws missing. The deeper I dug the bigger the problem became. It was only a matter of time before I noticed the car had missing parts, incorrect parts, and parts installed incorrectly. I mean, it was bad! EAG used a self-tapping metal screws about 2 inches too long to hold up the plastic rocker panel cover. They then covered the screws with epoxy or bondo and painted over it. The headlights and mirrors were not the same. A mud flap was missing. ABS cable was damaged and routed incorrectly. Rubber protection pieces missing for the front fender. Windshield wiper motor was put back together incorrectly so that it sprayed fluid to the front and back windshield at the same time. Several screws, bolts, and grommets were missing. Support pieces were not mounted and wires not routed correctly. You name it, if EAG touched it, they did it wrong. I am currently waiting on parts so the car can be driven. Thank goodness I put the car on a trailer and pulled it home as parts would have most likely fallen off, did more damage, and cost more repair. 3. Make sure to check the cleanliness of the car. EAG does not clean cars well. I am not talking about detailing a car. I am talking about a simple cleaning process. The interior and exterior of this car was very dirty. The car was not washed. I did not notice this at the time because it was raining and the car was outside. I did not check every compartment. The inside of the windshield was extremely dirty! I told one of Charles helpers and nothing was done. There were several spots that were not even vacuumed. In essence, if you had to open or look into something it was not cleaned. 4. Listen carefully to what Charles says. Charles said, Ryon, a car with this color and these miles. You are never going to find a car like this. Well, he was right! I have never seen one with so much overspray, wrong assembly, and uncleanliness. He said, Give me a ten-millimeter wrench and screw driver. This car is so easy to work on and put together. Well, sad to say, but the car was put together incorrectly in so many ways. Let me conclude by saying, "BE VERY, VERY CAREFUL PURCHASING A CAR FROM EXCLUSIVE AUTO GROUP!"
